The Sanchovi

Kelowna

Posted in Photography by sanchovi on 25/06/2010

A few weeks ago I went on a road trip to Kelowna with my mate Steve and his fiance. There was a big (5 teams) annual Aussie Rules tournament up there. Here’s a few shots I took with my Pentax K1000.

The sun came out for the day and I even managed to get sunburnt. Check out the camouflaged houses on the hill in the background.

That’s some deep grass there, or are some of those boys missing feet…?

The grass is lush over here! I guess it’s a result of no water restrictions. Note that the field was actually 3 baseball fields. The dirt patches on the footy field were not as lush as the grass and avoided by most of the players.

Nice shots, I can’t wait to head out that way.

Yeah, I saw it. I left through the gift shop and picked myself up an Ogo Pogo pogo stick.
