Slap shots

I went and watched my first full ice hockey game down at the local bar this afternoon. The Vancouver Canucks took on the Toronto Maple Leafs. When we sat down the waitress threw us a puck with a players name on it. Whenever that player scores, we get a free shot. It’s lucky our guy didn’t suck. We got Daniel Sedin. The leafs went up 3-0 early in the first. It wasn’t looking good.

The shots tasted like straight lemonade but at least they were free. In the end the Canucks came back and won it 5-3.
So I guess the Canucks are my new team.
